REMOVING BARRIERS

Removing barriers to successful reentry is an integral part of our case management. Often, it must be done prior to any job training and placement. Support services are a necessary component of any realistic workforce reentry program. These services may include such essential items as: physical/mental healthcare, transitional housing, transportation, identification documents, childcare and drug or alcohol treatment. Many of the services necessary to remove barriers are offered by partnering organizations within the community.
